Bräntings Bränneri, a Swedish boutique whisky distillery nestled in the heart of northern Gotland, proudly presents its latest creation: Bunge Oak Whisky. This blended malt whisky combines traditional craftsmanship with a touch of Gotland’s unique terroir to deliver a flavor profile that is both distinctive and memorable.
A Journey of Flavor and Craftsmanship
Bunge Oak Whisky is crafted from non-peated malt distilled and casked in March 2019. After aging for four years in American oak barrels, the whisky underwent an additional one-year finishing process in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks, Swedish oak barrels, and American oak barrels enhanced with roasted oak staves from Bunge.
The result is a whisky with a rich aroma and taste, featuring notes of vanilla, caramel, leather, and licorice. Bottled at an approachable 42% ABV, this release showcases the distillery’s commitment to small-scale, artisanal production.

This special release is limited to just 800 hand-numbered bottles, emphasizing its exclusivity and the meticulous care taken in its creation.
