Scheduled for a web launch on January 30th at 10:00 AM, only 333 bottles will be available worldwide, making this a rare opportunity for whisky enthusiasts worldwide. Each bottle, at an impressive cask-strength of 57.9% ABV, is not only a celebration of flavor but also a collector’s item, adorned with a stave from the very cask that nurtured it.
Crafted with Tradition and Innovation
St Johannes Single Cask matured for 12 years in Quercus Muehlenbergii oak, imparting nuanced notes of nutty richness, apricots, and vanilla. Locally grown barley, with a blend of lightly peated and chocolate malt, contributes to its complex aroma of honey, fresh licorice, and mango, evolving into warm bread and subtle spice after aeration. The whisky’s long finish is both balanced and harmonious, offering layers of malt, citrus, and dark chocolate.
